Whatever you have that can be verified for that income. Current Phone bill, Cell phone bill, cable, doctor, attorney, with your name and address. Six complete references. Full names. addresses and phone numbers. All stips must be within 30 days. All will be verified before delivery. Current picture DL and insurance.
